SublyPrivacy Policy

In short: Subly has no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Your subscriptions stay on your device, or in your own iCloud account if you turn on sync. Nothing about you is sent to us.
Subly ("the App") is a subscription tracker for iPhone developed by Kui Liang ("we"). This policy explains what data the App handles and where it goes.
Data stored on your device
The subscriptions you add, their prices, dates, notes and your settings are stored on your device. Widgets read a summary of them on your device. Reminders are scheduled locally by iOS.
iCloud sync (optional, Subly Pro)
If you turn on iCloud sync, your subscriptions are stored in the private database of your own iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit, so they can sync between your devices. We cannot see or access it. This is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Screenshot import
When you import from a screenshot, the text is read on your device with Apple's Vision framework. The picture is never uploaded.
What the App downloads
- The list of services, their cancel links, usual prices and icons from subly.lifebar.app, so they stay current without an app update.
- Exchange rates from the European Central Bank's rates via api.frankfurter.dev, to show other currencies in yours.
These requests contain nothing about you or your subscriptions. Like any web request, the servers see your IP address; ours, hosted by Cloudflare, doesn't store it.
Reporting a broken cancel link
If you tap "Link not working?", the App sends us which service and payment channel the link is for, the link itself, the App's version and your language and region setting. It doesn't send your subscriptions, your amounts or anything that identifies you. We keep these reports to fix links.
Cancel pages and searches
Cancel links open the service's own website, the App Store or Google Play, and a search for a cancel page opens Google. What you do there is governed by those companies' privacy policies.
Purchases and Face ID
Subly Pro is bought through Apple. We receive no payment details; the App checks your purchase on the device with Apple's StoreKit. Face ID is handled by iOS and we never see biometric data.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.

简而言之：Subly 不注册账号、没有统计分析、没有广告、不追踪你。订阅数据保存在你的设备上；如果你开启同步，则保存在你自己的 iCloud 里。我们收不到任何关于你的信息。
设备上的数据：你添加的订阅、价格、日期、备注和设置都保存在设备上。小组件在设备上读取摘要，提醒由 iOS 在本地安排。
iCloud 同步（可选，Subly Pro）：开启后，数据通过 Apple 的 CloudKit 存放在你自己 iCloud 账户的私有数据库里，我们无法查看或访问。

反馈取消链接失效：点「链接失效？告诉我们」时，App 会发送是哪个服务、哪个付款渠道、链接本身、App 版本以及你的语言和地区设置，不含你的订阅、金额或任何能识别你的信息。我们保存这些反馈用于修复链接。
取消页面和搜索：取消链接会打开服务自己的网站、App Store 或 Google Play，搜索取消页面会打开 Google，你在那里的操作受这些公司的隐私政策约束。
购买和面容 ID：Subly Pro 通过 Apple 购买，我们收不到任何付款信息，App 在设备上用 StoreKit 验证购买。面容 ID 由 iOS 处理，我们看不到任何生物识别数据。
