A cancel link doesn't work
Tap Link not working? under the cancel steps. It tells us which service and which link, nothing about you, and we check it. Cancel links are updated without an app update.
Did cancelling in Subly cancel my subscription?
No. Subly can't cancel anything for you: it takes you to the service's own page, where you cancel. When you come back, tell Subly whether it worked and it stops reminding you.
I don't get reminders
Check that notifications for Subly are on in the Settings app, that charge reminders are on in Subly › Settings, and that the subscription has a charge date.
Restore Subly Pro
Open Subly › Settings › Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with. To cancel a monthly plan, use Settings › Manage or cancel Subly Pro.

取消链接打不开：在取消步骤下方点「链接失效？告诉我们」，我们只会收到是哪个服务、哪条链接，不含任何个人信息。取消链接不用更新 App 也会更新。
在 Subly 里点了取消，订阅就取消了吗？不会。Subly 无法替你取消，它会带你到服务自己的取消页面，由你完成取消。回到 Subly 后告诉它结果，它就不再提醒。
收不到提醒：确认系统设置里允许 Subly 通知、Subly 设置里开启了扣款提醒，并且订阅填了扣款日。
恢复 Subly Pro：用购买时的 Apple 账户，在 Subly › 设置 › 恢复购买。按月方案可以在 设置 › 管理或取消 Subly Pro 里取消。
