Subly is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. In addition:

Subly doesn't cancel anything for you. It links to each service's own pages, where you cancel. Whether a subscription is cancelled, and any refund, is between you and that service.
Prices, dates and links are a guide. Usual prices, exchange rates and cancel links can change; your own bill is what counts. Reminders depend on the dates you enter and on iOS delivering notifications.
Subly Pro is sold through Apple, as a one-time lifetime purchase or a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles payment and refunds.
Service names and logos belong to their owners and only identify the service. Subly isn't affiliated with them.
